SHERBET LEMONS

We love sherbet lemons, but often find them disappointing - far to sweet on the outside, with too little fizz on the inside.  So after extensive sampling (it's a terrible job, but someone has to do it) we think we've found the perfect one.  Our sherbet lemons have a sweet but tangy citrus outer shell and lurking inside is a generous amount of effervescent sherbet...just waiting to explode in the mouth.
